mHelp me give back what Ford Dealers give
us. I have done and am open to doing talk shows. One such show
was to be aired here in Cleveland. The station called Ford and I
guess they were threatened by loss of advertising revenue, cause
the show abruptly was halted. Even though I have called quite a
few times WEWS (channel five) HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS! This was
a consumer advocacy type show held hostage by corporate dollars.
As I have stated, I used to be a loyal Ford customer. I went so
far as to forbid family non-Ford vehicles in my driveway. My son
loved his Toyota and deep down I did too! BUT, I worked at Ford.
Now my brother, who owns a Mercedes parts wholesale business and
drives them and Toyotas is ordered to park in my driveway. My
son, parks his new truck right up front. I help him keep it
shined like new.

experiences at Ford and dealings with the union brothers,
is replete with abuses, as you have read in my page. Some of
the most noteworthy are:
1. The company bypassing a man in line for overtime and the union sitting back and allowing it.
2. The company and the union, together, dispersing the man's medical records to the floor of the plant. This was followed later by the dispersing of his personal records though-out the plant.
3. Managers, for sport, screaming profanities and making demeaning gestures against an hourly man, in front of co-workers. This is everyday occurrence.
4. The company selecting all seniority people for a job promotion, except three, one of which, who not only has the seniority, but the education and computers background to do it. The man also has been given awards regarding the position, yet is not good enough to hold position. Union sits back and watches.
5. Regarding issues of quality and service to my 1995 Lincoln Continental. I was called in the office and written up for complaining about my car. I was at home at not vulgar. The union sat. The labor representative could not give rule cite for the reprimand, in other words , if they can't find anything to nail you on, they make it up. Still on record today, even though union says it isn't.
6. The company and the union have distorted facts and used any method to black-ball this customer/employee I need some help. I have tried all the alphabet organizations, government and consumer, to no avail.

mmmmmmThey should return this man to his position according to his seniority.
mmmmmmThey should not retaliate against employee for this webpage.
When these conditions are met. The page will come down. They have serious problems at the Ford Motor Company, all I want is what is owed and has been promised for years. Simple equity and justice. It is right. It is what I pay union dues for. The party bosses and executives at Ford wouldn't want this for their kids. Why is it ok for the employees/customers?
Lately due to the web page and all you good people calling and writing. The Ford Motor Company has seen fit to discipline me. They have once more lied and said I verbally abused a co-worker. I have flatly denied this. They didn't hear the threats this man made to me. The agents(supervisors) have all lined up and lied. I got 30 Days off. They have abused people here and sworn and coerced, yet the individual gets time-off. I have been told they are really insensitive to these issues. A 30,000 dollar car, that they wont repair correctly and wages not given.
